This week, we mechanically integrated the reaction wheels, torque rods, gyro, SPE, shunt, and SCS.
We electrically integrated the SPE, shunt box, and SCS. On Tuesday, we powered the spacecraft for the first time. We successfully sent commands and received telemetry.
Next week, we will integrate the transponder and perform the power system long functional.
Here George Mooney and Debbie integrate the test connector panel.
The reaction wheels are in the center of the spacecraft. The star
tracker mount is visible on the top. In the first two pictures, the
shunt box and SPE are visible on the right side. The shunt box is
mounted to the upper panel, and the SPE is mounted to the lower panel.
Also this week, the safety vent quick disconnect joint underwent
vibration testing.
